Just because Malaysia doesn’t have four seasons, there’s no reason we can’t celebrate the beautiful season of Spring!

We’ve got a fun April ahead of us as we kick-off with a season-themed Cocktail Workshop, followed by another Saturday session of the RAD Bartender Course and The Whisky Academy Apprentice level.

Springtime Cocktails

With Easter Sunday just around the corner, we wanted to put together a variety of Spring and Easter-inspired cocktails that you can serve for your Easter Brunch or Dinner. A gathering of loved ones is already fun as is, so what’s a little added cocktail fun?

The workshop is RM 120 per person and is inclusive of a little cocktail booklet along with some Easter treats. The cocktails are all original recipes concocted by our Director and Bartender Extraordinaire, Shawn Chong (best known for his work behind the Omakase + Appreciate bar)

There are TWO sessions happening on that Saturday: 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Each session can host up to 12 pax only, so be sure to book your slot soon!


RAD Bartender Course – Junior Edition

Have you always been curious to know what goes on behind the bar?
Be curious no more as we bring you the course that teaches you the very basics of Bartending.

RAD Bar Course

From the basic spirits, ingredients, mise en place, and techniques, learn the fundamentals required to become a drinks slingin’ maestro who creates masterpieces behind the bar. The course consists of both theory and practical lessons — and yes, you will be learning how to make some delicious classic cocktails along the way. (And yes, you get to drink your own cocktails).

The RAD Bartender Course is RM450 per person, which entitles you to a certificate of completion at the end of the session.


The Whisky Academy – Apprentice Level

The Whisky Academy is back this month and with a new (well, sort of) instructor!

This intake of the Apprentice Level will be led by none other than our very own Shawn Chong. Having gone through several intensive sessions, Chief Instructor, Matthew Fergusson-Stewart has handed over the reins for Malaysia to Shawn. This will be Shawn’s first of many sessions for the Malaysian market.
